  • Where is your store located?

    The Neolitic is located in 4665 Queen St, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 2L9.

  • What ID is required to enter the store?

    Each person visiting Neolitic store will need one piece of valid government-issued photo ID. Photos or printout copies of identification documents will not be accepted.

    -Canadian Passport
    -Canadian Citizenship Card
    -Canadian Armed Forces ID card
    -Certificate of Indian Status (Issued by Indian and Northern Affairs Canada)
    -Permanent Resident Card (Issued by the Government of Canada)

  • What is the legal age to purchase and consume cannabis?

    In Ontario, the legal age to purchase and consume cannabis is age 19 and over. You must produce your valid government-issued photo ID to enter any Cannabis retail store, including Neolitic.

  • What do you sell at Neolitic?

    We carry a variety of Cannabis products including dried flower, pre-rolled joints, edibles, drinks, oils, capsules, concentrates, extracts and topicals. We also have a selection of accessories such as water pipes (bongs), hand pipes, vaporizers, storage solutions and rolling accessories. Be sure to check out our carefully curated gift section for vintage ashtrays (sold in store only), books, candles, clothing, branded merchandise and other fun gifts. Our in stock items change from week to week so be sure to check back often so you don’t miss out!

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard

  • Can I place my order online?

    Yes! You can place your order and pay online, then pick it up at the store. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pick up at our 4665 Queen St, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 2L9 store location. Please note, the name on the order must match your government-issued photo ID and payment used for in-store pick up. We cannot ship any Cannabis products at this time due to government restrictions.

  • What is your return policy?

    You have 15 days to return unopened items, this excludes all cannabis products and vintage items. Returned items must be unused and sealed in their original packaging. All returns require the original receipt.

    There are no returns or exchanges on cannabis product, so please take a moment to verify your cannabis purchase before leaving Neolitic store.

  • I am not satisfied with my purchase, who can I speak to?

    Every Cannabis product stocked by Neolitic is supplied by the Ontario Cannabis Store. If you have a complaint regarding a Cannabis product, please let us know. We can pass the information on to the OCS who in turn will notify the Licensed Producers.
